Insured, tracked, and signed for
Every ring travels fully insured for its full replacement value, with a signature required at the door. Nothing on the outside of the box says diamond.
Production timelines
Rings from the collection ship in three to four weeks. Custom commissions run five to six weeks from the approved rendering.
Rush production is often possible for a proposal date. Tell your gemmologist the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Delivery options
- United States — complimentary overnight, insured, signature required.
- Canada, UK and EU — complimentary express, two to four business days, duties and taxes included in your total.
- Rest of world — complimentary insured express, three to six business days; local duties are quoted before you pay.
- In-person handover at our atelier by appointment, at no charge.
Tracking and the final review
Before anything ships, we film and photograph the finished ring in daylight and studio light and walk you through the footage on a call.
You then receive a tracking number and a delivery window. You can redirect a shipment to a hold-for-pickup location if a doorstep delivery would spoil the surprise.
Discreet packaging
Outer packaging is unbranded. Inside, the ring sits in a hardwood presentation box with its independent certificate, appraisal for insurance and care card.
