Thirty days, no restocking fee
If the ring is not right, send it back. You have thirty days from delivery for a full refund — no questions, no fee, and we pay the insured return shipping.
How a return works
- Email or call your gemmologist and we issue an insured, prepaid return label the same day.
- Return the ring with its certificate and presentation box, unworn beyond trying it on.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of inspection.
- Financed orders are settled directly with the lender; nothing is owed once the refund clears.
Exchanges
Would rather change the stone, setting or metal than refund? We credit the full amount paid against a new commission and simply invoice or refund the difference.
Resizing
- Your first resize is complimentary within the first year on solitaire, cathedral, hidden halo and three-stone settings.
- Full pavé and eternity bands cannot always be sized without resetting stones; we quote these individually and always before starting work.
- Further resizes are charged at cost of materials and labour, typically $95 to $250.
- Resizing takes seven to ten business days including insured shipping both ways.
What is not covered
Engraved rings and fully bespoke commissions that were signed off from a rendering are final sale, though our thirty-day satisfaction promise still applies if we made a mistake against your approved specification.
